Viewing and Updating Your Profile Information
This page describes how to access and change your personal information.
Viewing your personal information
- Sign in at CapitalBlueCross.com and click Login in the top right corner. Enter your username and password and click Sign In. Click the Account Summary link in the middle of the page, directly below your account balance.
- Click the My Profile menu.
- Choose Personal Info from the menu.
Changing your personal information
You can view your personal information on the Member Portal, but any changes must be made at CapitalBlueCross.com.
